We are musicians ourselves and we want your rehearsals to be as productive, comfortable, and enjoyable as possible. That's why we include boutique and vintage amps, drums, and keyboards in our very reasonable rates.

Our ROOMS are large, clean, and fully sound-proofed with natural light, ample heating / air-conditioning, and furnished complete with a mini-frige.
Included at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, guitar and bass amps, electric piano and organ, PA w/mics, and a pro-tuned drum kit with quality cymbals. For a minimal additional charge, we also provide instrument storage.
We feature boutique and vintage AMPS by Ampeg, Bogner, Fender, Gibson, Hughes and Kettner, Kustom, Magnatone, Marshall, Mesa Boogie, MusicMan, Peavey, Soldano, TopHat, and Yamaha; ELECTRIC PIANOS by Yamaha; DRUMS by Yamaha with Zildjian CYMBALS; Shure, EV, and AKG MICROPHONES.
ROOM RATES ARE BASED ON A $5/PERSON/HR BASIC RATE
1-3 people - $15/hr (min)
4 people - $20/hr
5 people - $25/hr
etc.
OUR RATES INCLUDE ALL GEAR FOR THE ROOM
